Walk in and sign up to speak. Prior to a meeting or at meeting, ask clerk, secretary, or councilman for agenda and/or copies of documentation pertinent to your concerns.

The FY 1999-2000 Ralston city property tax levy is 65.606¢ per $100 of valuation. The budget dropped by $1 million from the previous fiscal year, to $10.75 million.
The FY 2000-2001 Ralston city property tax levy is 63.733¢ per $100 of valuation. The budget dropped by 14% from the previous fiscal year, to $9.2 million.
The FY 2001-2002 Ralston city property tax levy is 64.665¢ per $100 of valuation, about a 1.5% hike. The owner of a $100,000 home paid $9.40 more in property taxes, $646.65, not factoring in the valuation increase. Its overall budget increased 13%, to $10.4 million.
The FY 2002-2003 Ralston city property tax levy is 61.109¢ per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2003-2004 Ralston city property tax levy is 65.772¢ per $100 of valuation, an 8% hike.
The FY 2004-2005 Ralston city property tax levy is 66.281¢ per $100 of valuation.  The operating budget rose by 14%, to $5.1 million.
