Walk in and sign up to speak.  Prior to a meeting or at meeting, ask clerk, secretary, or city councilman for agenda and/or copies of documentation pertinent to your concerns.

The FY 1999-2000 City of Papillion property tax levy is .487770c per $100 of valuation.  Taxes on a $100,000 home rose by $29.
The FY 2000-2001 City of Papillion property tax levy is about .45 per $100 of valuation.  City spending dropped about 23%.
The FY 2001-2002 City of Papillion property tax levy is .451743c per $100 of valuation. The owner of a $100,000 home paid $452 in property tax, not calculating the valuation increase.  The entire operating budget totaled $21.3 million. 
The FY 2002-2003 City of Papillion property tax levy is .447792c per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2003-2004 City of Papillion property tax levy is .472332c per $100 of valuation.
