You can park in the parking lot on the east side of building. Walk in and
sign up to speak. Prior to a meeting or at a meeting, ask clerk,
secretary, or council member for agenda and/or copies of documentation pertinent
to your concerns.

The FY 1999-2000 City
of Bellevue property tax levy is 40.6¢ per $100 of assessed valuation.
The FY 2000-2001 City of Bellevue property tax levy is 39¢ per $100 of assessed
valuation. The owner of a $100,000 home paid $392.50 to support city
government. The general operating budget increased about $2 million from
the previous fiscal year, a 9% hike in spending.
The FY 2001-2002 City of Bellevue property tax levy is 38.0269¢ per $100
assessed valuation. The owner of a
$100,000 home paid about $380 property tax, not factoring in the valuation
increase. The general fund budget
totaled $21.5 million, a 5% hike.
The FY 2002-2003 City of Bellevue property tax levy is 38.269¢ per $100
assessed valuation.
The FY 2003-2004 City of Bellevue property tax levy is 38.0269¢ per $100
assessed valuation.
The FY 2004-2005 City of Bellevue property tax levy is 42.9435¢ per $100
assessed valuation. The general operating budget increased by 3.1%, to
$32.7 million.
