The FY 1999-2000 Gretna
School District property tax levy is $1.244531 per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2000-2001 Gretna School District property tax levy is $1.20 per $100 of
valuation. General fund spending rose by 4.4%, to $8.6 million.
The FY 2001-2002 Gretna School District property tax levy is $1.094295, about a
10c drop, per $100 assessed valuation. The owner of a $100,000 home paid $1,094
property tax, not factoring in the valuation increase.
The FY 2002-2003 Gretna School District property tax levy is $1.081989 per $100
of valuation.
The FY 2003-2004 Gretna School District property tax levy is $1.289069 per $100
of valuation.
The FY 2004-2005 Gretna School District property tax levy is $1.295 per $100 of
valuation. The total operating budget rose from $11.7 million to $14.1
