The FY 1999-2000 NRD
property tax levy is 03.047¢ per $100 valuation.
The FY 2000-2001 NRD property tax levy is about 03¢ per $100 valuation.
Spending for this fiscal year dropped about 5% from the previous fiscal year, to
$18.57 million.
The FY 2001-2002 NRD property tax levy is about 03.912¢ per $100 valuation,
almost a 3% hike. The owner of a $100,000 home paid about $39.12 in
property tax, not factoring in the valuation increase. The budget grew by
$3.8 million, to $22.31million, over a 21% increase.
The FY 2002-2003 NRD property tax levy is 03.073¢ per $100 valuation.
The FY 2003-2004 NRD property tax levy is 03.073¢ per $100 valuation.
The FY 2004-2005 NRD property tax levy is 04.062¢ per $100 valuation, about a
33% hike.
