FY 1999-2000 Valley School District property tax levy is $1.14 per $100 assessed
valuation.
The FY 2000-2001 Valley School District property tax levy is $1.13 per $100
assessed valuation. Spending
increased about 8.38%, from $4.7 million to $5.2 million.
The FY 2001-2002 Valley School District property tax levy is $1.13107 per $100
assessed valuation, about the same as the previous fiscal year.
The owner of a $100,000 home paid about $1,131 in property tax, not
factoring in the valuation hike. General
fund spending rose from $5.2 million to $5.8 million.
The FY 2002-2003 Valley School District property tax levy is $1.15032 per $100
assessed valuation.
The FY 2003-2004 Valley School District property tax levy is $1.14067 per $100
assessed valuation.
The FY 2004-2005 Valley School District property tax levy is $1.16728 per $100
assessed valuation.
The FY 2005-2006 DC West School District property tax levy is $1.18 per $100 of
assessed valuation. The owner of a
$100,000 house paid $1,180 in property taxes, not including the valuation hike.
The operating budget is $7.7 million.
