10-8-13. Voted to oppose ending the state inheritance tax, which increasingly targets middle class citizens.

Other bad votes.

10-8-13: Voted to support a bill to expand Medicaid to additional people, including illegal aliens.
2-10-15. Voted to oppose a voter ID bill to prevent illegal aliens from voting in NE elections.
4-14-15. Voted to support a bill that gave drivers licenses to illegal aliens unconstitutionally amnestied by the Obama Regime.
4-14-15. Voted to join the Heartland 2050 plan based on a UN Agenda 21 template for inter-county projects.
8-4-15. Voted to approve a contribution to partially fund MAPA staff for Heartland 2050 UN Agenda 21 project.
12-15-15. Voted himself a 31% pay increase on the county board.
1-26-16. Again voted himself a 31% pay increase for county board members when this raise was reconsidered.
Commissioner Duda is up for re-election in 2016. Taxpayers in District 7 have an opportunity to throw him out and replace him with a fiscal conservative. Volunteer now for one of his conservative opponents! Dudac2.doc. 2-16.
